1Beetroot (small)
half cupLemon juice
4 tbsp or as neededSugar
1/4 tspSalt
5Cucumber slices
3Cardamom
half tbspGinger chopped
half litreCold water

Peel the beetroot & Blend all the ingredients in a mixer.

Drain it.

Pour it into a glass bottle.

Keep it in the refrigerator.

Serve it with mint leaves.
