Massala Drumstick

First, take the drumsticks and cut them into 3-4 pieces. Then slit in the center.

Boil the water in the pot and steam the drumsticks.

Now, while drumsticks are boiling prepare the masala mix, first in the bowl add gram flour, peanut powder, desiccated coconut, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander & cumin powder, asafoetida, garam masala, powdered sugar, and salt. Mix them all.

Once you mix them properly add in 1tbsp oil and mix it again.

Now, let the drumsticks out and let it cool down. Once it is cool, start stuffing the mixture in just a little bit.

Add oil in the pan to heat up, then add cumin seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida saute for a bit, and then add in stuffed drumsticks.

Saute this for few seconds then add massala mix. Let it cook for 2 minutes after that add in some water.

Then cover and cook it for at least 3-4 minutes. Now your Drumstick Massala is ready to serve with roti.
