Take whole wheat atta in mixing bowl add salt and make medium soft dough cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.

Spread some ghee on rolling board and knead the dough will help make rotis soft.

Take one small roundel, dust in some flour and roll it out.

Heat the tawa place roti on it cook from both sides and put roti on the full flame and make crisp. Take roti in plate and apply ghee on it.

For Ajwain Roti: Take one small ball roll it half spread some ghee and pinch of ajwain. Fold it from all sides, and roll it out.

Place roti on Tawa and cook from both sides. Apply ghee on roti.Serve with any sabji or Dal.
