Ingredients

1 hour
as desired
  • 1/2 Cupfresh Milk
  • 3/4 CupSugar
  • 1/2 CupOil
  • 2Eggs
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • 1 CupMaida (All-purpose)
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tbspnCoconut Crushed

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    In a blender add milk, sugar, oil,eggs, vanilla essence. Blend 1 minute.

  2. 2

    In a bowl shift flour, baking powder.

  3. 3

    Mix milk mixture with a spatula.

  4. 4

    Transfer the batter into a baking pan Spread crushed coconut on top.

  5. 5

    Preheat a oven or a cooking pan on gas stove.

  6. 6

    Bake 30-40 minutes on low heat in a cooking pan.
    or, bake in a pre heated oven for 30-35 minutes in 170 degree C.

    Let it to cool and serve.
