  • 1Tomato, onion big size
  • 4-5 Garlic clove
  • 1Ginger small piece
  • 2Cinnamon, cloves
  • 1 tbsp Haldi, lal mirch,, kitchen king masala
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 pieceKoyla
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • as requiredCoriander for garnishing

  1. 1

    Boil udaddal in pressore cook
    Make tomato purey, onion paste, ginger garlic paste.

    Heat oil in pan add jiru, ginger garlic paste onion paste.

    Add red chilli powder, haldi, add tomato purey.

    Add boil dal, salt and kitchen king masala.

    Heat charcol and put bowl in dal put heated charcol in it and add ghee then cover it dungar is ready

    Garnishing with Coriander

    Add cream and serve with rice, rothi Or naan
