On medium heat skin side down fry the salmon for 5 minutes. Turn it over and cook for 3 more minutes. Flake the salmon and set aside.

In a bowl beat eggs and milk and scramble over high heat. Once done, add the flaked salmon and mix. Season with salt and enjoy hot 😎

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
