Soak one bowl dal for 1 hr,

Crush it in mixture with little water, hot oil in a pan

Add salt to the batter and add little soda, deep fry small balls of it

Dip the fried balls in water then squize it.

Crush the dahi and put all around the vada, granish it with coriander leaves, and badam.serve it cold.
