Ingredients

  1. 4boiled potatoes, mashed
  2. garlic powder, to taste
  3. salt, to taste
  4. pepper, to taste
  5. Manchego cheese strips, to taste
  6. 2beaten eggs
  7. 150 gramsmachaca (dried beef)

    Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into cubes or slices to boil them faster. Drain and add salt, garlic powder, and pepper to taste. Mash to make a puree and let cool.

    Take a portion of the potato in your hands, place the cheese in the center, close it, dip it in the egg, and then coat with machaca.

    Place them on the grill and spray a little olive oil.

    Put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 392°F (200°C), using the Airfry mode. Turn halfway through to brown evenly, remove from the oven, and serve.
