Squeeze 6-7 oranges and strain it to get 2cups of fresh orange juice.

In a pan take khadi saakar and water and bring to a boil. Keep stirring. Add 1tsp lemon juice and remove impurities from the syrup

Add in citric acid and mix. When the sugar syrup is sticky(less than 1 string consistency), add in the fresh orange juice

Mix and boil for 5 minutes and switch off gas. Cool this mixture completely for 1hour.

Strain the mix. Add in orange essence and colour. The fresh orange sherbet syrup is ready.

To make sherbet:
Fill 1/4 serving glass with the orange sherbet syrup, add ice cubes and fill the glass with soda or water. - 7
Relish oranges at any time in summer
