Ingredients

  • 1 lbground chicken
  • 1 lbground Italian sausage
  • 2 stalkscelery, chopped
  • 1small onion, chopped
  • 1packet of McCormick chili seasoning mix
  • 2 cansdark red kidney beans, rinsed
  • Toppings (to taste):
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream
  • corn chips

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Brown meats in 1 skillet and drain fat
    Add chopped celery and onions
    Add packet of chili seasoning mix

  2. 2

    Add to slow cooker on high for a couple hours or longer on low

  3. 3

    Add shredded cheese, sour cream......and can try atop of some corn chips (DELICIOUS)
