Ingredients

  • 1 cuprava
  • 1/2 cupmaida/All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cuprice flour
  • 2Green chillies
  • Pinchginger
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonajwain/ carom seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for frying
  • 1big onion
  • 1 cupbuttermilk

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice onions, ginger, green chilli.

    Add 1 cup of ravva, 1/2 cup of maida, 1/2 cup of rice flour, add green chilli, ajwain, pepper powder, ginger into it.

    Mix it with buttermilk.

    Heat Dosa pan, sprinkle onions, add Dosa batter into it. Pour oil on top and sides.

    Flip a side.

    Take it into a plate and serve hot with chutney, aloo curry..
