Ingredients

  1. 3big grated carrots
  2. 1/2 cupmilk
  3. 1/2 cupevaporated milk
  4. 200 gmamul paneer
  5. 1/2 cupcondensed milk
  6. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  7. 3 tbspmilk powder
  8. 4 tspAlmond and pistachios powder
  9. as neededGhee for greasing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take cooker roast grated carrots till all the water is soaked then add milk and whistle till its cooked!

    Crumble the paneer add milk powder, cardamom powder, condensed milk and evaporated milk mix it well, add the cooked carrot to the paneer mixture

  3. 3

    Now keep it on stove at very low flame and keep mixing till the mixture is cooked and thick add almond pista powder and mix it, once done turn off the flame, grease tray with little ghee and transfer the mixture to it garnish with some pista almond powder and let it cool down completly make pieces and serve ready
