My kids love Funassyi, so I created him in their lunch box.

Divide the beaten egg into two portions to prepare usuyaki tamago - one portion larger than the other. The large portion is for the face, and the small portion is for the mouth, ribbon, and leaves.

Divide the smaller portion of the beaten egg into two. Add red food coloring to one, green to the other, and fry. Let cool and then cut out the mouth, ribbon, and leaves.
