Ingredients

  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspmaple syrup
  • 1 tspthyme
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tspred wine vinegar
  • 1sweet potato
  • 1red onion
  • 4sausages
  • 1eating apple
  • broccoli (to serve)
  • 2 tbspMaple syrup
  • 1 tspCumin

Steps

  1. 1

    200°c oven

  2. 2

    Mix oil, maple syrup, thyme, cumin and vinegar. Add potato and onion and spread out in roasting tray

  3. 3

    Cook for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Add sausages and apples

  5. 5

    Cook for 25 minutes

  6. 6

    Stir mix

  7. 7

    Cook for another 15-20 minutes
