3potatoes, quartered
3carrots in round slices
1large onion finely chopped
1 sprigleaf celery cut into pieces
olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2freshly squeezed lemon

Steps

Pour some olive oil in a small pot, just as much as is needed to cover the bottom.

Add the potatoes, the carrots, the onion and the leaf celery.

Cover with water.

Add the rest of the ingredients and after they boil for a couple of minutes, simmer until the vegetables are tender.
