Sashimi Transformed! Easy Non-fried Tuna Fries

I wanted to use the leftover sashimi tuna and turn it into something completely different. So, I came up with this quick and easy dish using mayonnaise with which I often make stir-fried dishes.
You don't need any seasoning ingredients if you use mayonnaise. The egg contained within the mayonnaise improves the richness of the dish and it also simplifies things a bit! I used sliced tuna since it was inexpensive, but you can use any other cuts of tuna as well. Recipe by Pabuchan

Steps
- 1
Make the sauce. Combine the Worchestershire-style sauce, ketchup, and the sugar in a heatproof container, and microwave for 15 seconds at 500 W. Mix well.
- 2
Lightly pepper one side of the sashimi.
- 3
Put the tuna and mayonnaise in a plastic bag. Massage over the bag to mix thoroughly.
- 4
Add panko and shake the bag so that the panko will coat the tuna evenly.
- 5
Heat the frying pan and spread the mayonnaise for pan-frying. When the mayonnaise begins to melt, align the panko-coated tuna without overlapping.
- 6
Cook on both sides over medium heat. Take care not to burn. When golden brown, transfer onto a serving dish.
- 7
Dish it up, and it's done. Scatter on some parsley to make it colorful. Sprinkle a little lemon juice to give it a refreshing flavor.
