Garlic Butter Sautéed Oysters

I wanted to make something that would go well with white wine.
Be careful not to touch the oysters too much after they're in the frying pan or the coating will fall apart. Recipe by Okapy

Steps
- 1
Sprinkle the salt on the oysters, and rinse well under running water to wash off any dirt. Pat dry, and coat evenly with flour.
- 2
Heat the oil, butter, and garlic in the frying pan. After the butter melts, align the oysters on the pan. Take care not to poke the oysters too much or the coating will come off.
- 3
Sprinkle some salt and pepper as you pan-fry the oysters for 2-3 minutes on both sides over medium heat. Dish them up after they've become crispy on the outside, and enjoy!!
- 4
These oysters are great with sautéed spinach leaves!
