Sugar and Oil-free Banana Cake

I wanted to recreate a moist and fluffy banana cake I ate a while ago, using no sugar, dairy or oil. I succeeded after much trial and error!
If you add grainy mashed banana, it will have a jam-like finish, but if you purée it, the cake will be fluffy.
It's nice as-is, but it's also tasty with honey or butter! Recipe by HATIMITSU

Test it by inserting a toothpick.■ It's moister and more delicious the day after baking. Be sure to wrap it in plastic wrap, or put it in a plastic bag to store it. Recipe by nathu cookpad.japan -

Oil-Free Okara Chocolate Cake Oil-Free Okara Chocolate Cake
I made this oil-free for myself, and also gave it as a present to my health-conscious friend. You just mix it all together, so as long as you thoroughly mix the egg, it will be great. If you're not concerned about keeping it oil-free, you can line the pan with butter and dust with flour. It's got a light sweetness, but you can make it sweeter with more sugar.
