  • 200 gramsRice flour
  • 60 gramsSugar
  • 2Eggs
  • 2 tspBaking powder
  • 2 tbspVegetable oil
  • 1Vanilla essence
  • 150 mlMilk

Steps

    Break the eggs into a bowl, then lightly mix with a whisk. Stir in the sugar.

    Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence, and mix until evenly combined.

  3. 3

    Sift in the rice flour and baking powder, then use a rubber spatula to mix the batter to an even consistency.

  4. 4

    Bake your pancakes on a frying pan or griddle. It might be easier if you use a griddle since you'll be able to make more than one at a time.

This is by far the worst pancake recipe ever. These were not fluffy at all.
