Dry Coconut and Tamarind Chutney

#cookpadindia
A simple Chutney with Dry Coconut and Tamarind. This can be served alongside South Indian Breakfast dishes like Dosa, Idli, Upma, Pesarattu, Uttappam etc a well as many a Snacks. It goes well with Mysore Bondas too. I just love it with them. The tangy Chutney is perfect even with Mirchi Pakoras or Hyderabadi Mirchi. It's awesome. And not only that, I even love this with Khichdi. Therefore it's a versatile one catering to everyone's needs.
And it's made way too easily. Nothing much preparation is required. An instantly done easy peasy Chutney for all. However Tamarind can be added according to one's own preference. Enjoy!
