Steps

Wash & cut the head of the tomato clean the stomach with the help of spoon.

Chop onions & ginger & saute it in less oil add all Masala.

Off the flame cool it to room temperature now add grated panner & coriander leaves.

Mix it properly fill it in tomato slowly & at last push it with the thumb.

Take a pan add ghee & put tomato in it on the slow flame cover with a lid cooked it from all sides.

Garnish it with grated cheese & curry leaves.
