Take a wide plate. Add wheat flour, semolina, ajwain, cumin seeds, and salt in it.

Add fenugreek leaves, ghee. Mix them properly. Knead little bit hard dough by adding water as required. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

Divide dough into big round-shaped balls. Roll out each portion in a big circle. Cut it with small round mold to give a small puri shape.

Remove the extra dough.

Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying. keep heat on medium flame. Gently slide the methi puri in it. Depending upon your size you can add less or more puris. When one side becomes golden, turn over and fry the other side.

Fry puris till they look crispy and golden. Remove with a slotted spoon draining as much oil as possible. Prepare all puris this way.

Once they cool at room temperature, then store them in an air-tight jar.
