Ingredients

  • 1 cupmoong dal
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • As neededdry spices
  • as neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours. Mix all ingredients and fry it.

    Make balls, roll it little thick and roast it on the tawa using little oil on both sides.

    When ready serve it with gulraab, best to be had in winters and of course, rainy season also you can have it.
