  1. 150 gmmaha ki daal
  2. 100 gmsmoong daal
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. asOil for deep fry
  5. 2 tspCumin powder roasted
  6. as per tasteBlack salt optional
  7. as requiredChat masala optional
  8. as requiredPomegranate seeds optional
  9. as requiredCoriander leaves handful

10-15hrs
  1. 1

    Soak daals overnight

    Next morning grind it in fine paste

    You can add cumin roasted powder salt in batter while grinding

    I added chopped coriander leaves too. Now whisky it for 10-15 mins with hand or hand grinder (5mins) batter will.become airy

    Now deep fry.

    Let them cool n than soak in water for 15mins

    Now you can serve them with curd,green chutney,mithe chatnj,salt,chat masala n chopped coriander leaves. You can add promgrante seeds for topping.
