Soak daals overnight

Next morning grind it in fine paste

You can add cumin roasted powder salt in batter while grinding

I added chopped coriander leaves too. Now whisky it for 10-15 mins with hand or hand grinder (5mins) batter will.become airy

Now deep fry.

Let them cool n than soak in water for 15mins

Now you can serve them with curd,green chutney,mithe chatnj,salt,chat masala n chopped coriander leaves. You can add promgrante seeds for topping.
