Cut potatoes into cubes

Heat ghee/oil in a pan,fry potatoes to golden and crisp.Take out.

Add salt,red chilli and amchur powder.Mix.Add grren chutney and imli chutney.

Blend curd,pour over potatoes.Add corn flakes over.Then add sev.

Lastly add chopped onion and green chilli.Pour lemon juice and serve.
