Steps

Cut drumsticks into 5" long pieces, add it to a pan, add water and cover with the lid. Let it cook for 20 minutes or until they're soft.

This is what it looks like once it's cooked evenly and properly.

Transfer drumsticks to a bowl and stock to another bowl.

Press the drumstick, open and remove the jelly like interior from the drumstick pod in a bowl.

Heat clarified butter in a pan, set it to low flame. Add garlic cloves and onions. Saute.

Saute until the color of onions change and garlic smells aromatic. Add pepper powder.

Add the collected bean pod stock, left post boiling drumstick pods.

Heat for 5-7 minutes and serve hot with splash of lemon juice.
