Dahi Vada Chaat

Take soaked urad dal and make a fine paste of it. Now whisk it well till its color changes to white and become fluffy and light.

After this make vadas on your wet palm and fry it in a hot oil on medium flame.

Take all the vadas out and put it into salted water for 20-25 mins.

Squeeze all the water from the vada and then makes delicious dahi vada chaat by putting some dahi,all masalas and chutney on it.Dahi vada chaat is ready to eat.
