Wash and soak the pulse over night and then grind it by add some water

Put a pan on a high flame add oil and fry the ball on medium heat

Now after fry let them rest for few minutes

Then put them in water bowl for soaking it 30 minutes

Prepare sweet curd by mixing sugar in a bowl

Gently press the soaked vadas between your palms and squeeze out the water and lightly crush them

Place them in a plate and add sweet curd over them. Add tamarind chutney over them and garnish with black salt, roasted cumin seeds and coriander leaves.
