Take a small to medium size ball from dough.and dust them with flour on the rolling board.

Then roll it in a circle of about 5 inches diameter.

Then place a 2-3 tbsp of sugar on it.

Then add 1 tsp ghee

Then take the edge and join pleats together.

Then again roll it toa chapati size.

On a flat pan or griddle, Place roti on it and cook for a minute.

Then flip it on other side.

Brush oil on roti.Flip it till both sides are cooked properly.

It is ready serve hot
