Wash carrots and peel off then again wash it

All carrots put it muttka.. slow flame cook 10-15 min

When carrots all done add sugar and cook 10 min medium flame and cooking continuously

When sugar mix well add 1/3 add ghee

Cook till ghee comes up add one cup crush khoya cook 3 min
