Take a fry pan heat the ghee and add mustard seeds and roste it.

Add onion,tomato and green chilli and saute it.

Now add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,soya sauce and mix well.

Now add idli in the pan and mix well and cook it for 2-3 mint.

Serve hot.
