Take a kadhai, roasted puffed rice.

In a bowl take puffed rice, add Mixture Namkeen, Bhujiya Namkeen and mix well. Add crushed puri.

Then add boiled potato, tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli, onion. Mix it well. Then add coriander chutney, tomato sauce, lemon juice, black salt, chat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.

Bhel is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves and Bhujiya.

Enjoy khatti Mithi chatpati bhel.
