Steps

In a cup add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and yeast and mix. Keep aside for 5 minutes.

In a bowl add flour,salt, sugar, fresh cream, yeast,egg,1 tbsp butter. Mix and knead dough. Keep aside for 1 hour covering with lid.

Using flour cut dough into 4 pieces. Roll on into oval shape.

Make cuts on half of it. And make roll like wool.

Put into baking tin. Keep aside covered with lid for 40 minutes.

Pre-heat in 180°© and back for 25 minutes.
