I love to experiment mixture of different sauces and the kind of exposure it gives to our taste buds!
Steps

Chop all the vegetables finely

Saute the veggies and add chilli flakes and oregano herbs and toss in little butter to spice it up

Keep it crunchy and apply mixture of sauces inside the bun and add the sauteed veggies and cover the pan to give the buns a crisp and the enough to melt the cheese slice.

Turn off the gas on turning the buns little golden brown.. Take a small bowl and add butter and melt it.. add crushed garlic, oregano and herbs and chilli flakes and with the help of the brush apply it on the top of the buns and enjoy homemade burgers without patty!!
