Wash the parmal thoroughly and pat dry them.
Scrape the skin lightly such that the green colour is still seen - 2
Now divide it into two halves and deseed them and chop them in thin slices. Now sprinkle all the above dry masala and marinate it covered for 30 minutes.

Heat oil and keep the flame on medium fry them till crisp

Take them out on a tissue paper sprinkle chat masala. I served it with hung curd and tomato sauce
You can use this with dal roti or with chutney of your choice.
