Ingredients

  1. 3 1/3 cupspizza dough (about 420 grams)
  2. 1 1/3 cupsmozzarella cheese (about 150 grams)
  3. 150 gramsripe tomatoes
  4. 12basil leaves
  5. 3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  6. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 480°F (250°C). Roll out the dough and grease the baking sheet where the dough will be placed.

    Dice the tomatoes and add the mozzarella cheese.
