Custard bread roll

its totally amazing n delicious and very very healthy
Steps

Take deep pan put milk add beaten egg and whisk it well

Boil it n add sugar.. slow flame cook n continuously whisk it between cooking

Add corn starch n vanilla essence or powder 15-20
min cook when thicknes come then turn off stove - 4
Custard meterial put it another bowl n cover it properly

Making dough : all ingredients mix it n knead well warm milk to knead it smothly
when knead it keep warm place for 1 hour (rising) - 6
After one hour dough rised... knead it again n purpose flour dust it dough roll it.... make chapati but should b lil thick

When make chapati fill custard meterial then roll it again

Cut it knife dough roll (jus look like spiral same picture and put it baking try

Put milk n brush it whit egg beaten

Oven 140 degree bake 15-20
serve with tea
