Steps

Take a pan and add little bit of ghee and in low medium heat roast the Makhana until it’s crunchy. Take it out into a bowl

In the same pan add a little bit of oil and roast the peanuts

Chop the cucumber and tomatoes and keep aside

Now add the peanuts into the Makhana

Next add fried potato sev and sultanas

Now add cucumbers and tomatoes

Now add chat masala black pepper powder and salt to taste

Lastly add date and tamarind chutney and little bit of pomegranate and mix well

Garnish with coriander and little bit of pomegranate
