Air fried tofu for 5 mins or more till it’s little crunchy crispy.

In pan sprinkle some oil then cook asparagus for 2 mins. Off the flame. Mix spring onion chilli, then add all salt and spices mentioned above along with Tomato and lemon juice.

Now in plate serve this mixture, add some peanuts along with some coriander leaves. Or you can mix all together.

Serve this hot and tangy tasty BHEL immediately.
