First..grind samo,sabudana in mixer.not fine powder.

Take this mixture in a large bowl then add all masala..green ginger paste,roasted singdaana,salt n jaggery and grated bottle gourd and mix it properly

Add curd and again mix it and rest for 20 min.then temper the oil adding all spices and add it in this mixture and mix well.you can add soda or eno Here I hav not added

Pour the batter in a pan.cover the pan with lid for 15 minutes over low flame until the bottom surface turns brown.

After 15 min..flip it gently and cover the lid and cook the other side till golden brown

Istant farali handvo is ready.Enjoy with tea.
