Firstly washed and chopped the parval and potatoes.

Turn on a flame and heat a pan.add oil an slept it heat. Once the oil is heated add muster seeds and haldi in it.

Now add chopped parval and potatoes in it. Mix well. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt in it. cover it.

Now add other masalas like red chilli powder, garam masala and dhaniya powder. Mix it properly. Cover the pan and cook it for 6-8 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring it in between.

Last 20 -30 seconds increasythe flame on high flame. Turn off the flame. Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves.
