Ingredients

  1. 4potato
  2. As neededoil for fry
  3. as per taste chaat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse well in water and then peel the potato.

    Then slice the potato in slices having 1 cm thickness

  3. 3

    After that remove the starch

  4. 4

    In a bowl cold water and dunk the potato stick in it.

  5. 5

    Keep this bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

    After that rinse the potatoes with running water. Drain all the extra water.

  7. 7

    Then place them on the kitchen cotton napkin.

  8. 8

    Heat oil in the wok. Keep the flame to medium. And half fry it.

  9. 9

    Place the half fried potatoes on paper kitchen towels.

  10. 10

    Again fry it at high flame

  11. 11

    Sprinkle the chaat masala and serve it
