Panipuri is all time favourite among kids, young, ladies, gents,elder in sort all.
It is served with different varieties of filling like potato and chana masala, boiled white peas masala, sprouts masala and many more ways, today I have prepared with filling of boiled white peas masala which is called as ragda panipuri .

It is served with different varieties of filling like potato and chana masala, boiled white peas masala, sprouts masala and many more ways, today I have prepared with filling of boiled white peas masala which is called as ragda panipuri .

Wash and soak peas for 3-4 hours.

Cook soaked peas with salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.

Add 2 glass of water and add boiled potatoes -mash it with hands while adding.

Let it boil till it thickens. And on another side prepare tadka for it.- heat oil, add jeera, hing, turmeric and add 1 cup of boiled peas gravy into oil.(I like curry leaves taste so I have added, it can be avoided)

Now transfer this tadka masala to whole batch of ragda and add remaining masala.

Let it boil till desired consistency of ragda.add chopped coriander and serve it hot with puri and chilled spicy green pani.
