This is an instant dessert made within no time yet it's soo delicious. These are made with milk powder and condensed milk.

Add saffron strands to the warm milk and mix it. Keep it aside to dissolve.

These are the ingredients which we will use in the recipe. As for condensed milk you can you any and you can adjust the quantity also as per your taste. I had used half can you can use more or less. Use good quality milk powder for better result.

Heat up a pan add butter to it. When it melts add milk powder and mix it then add condensed milk and mix very well. Keep the flame on low from starting till end. Mix it till the time all combines up and leave the sides of the pan and become a bit shiny.

Mix it continuously and when every particle get mixed up then add the saffron milk and mix very well. Stir and mix it continuously so that every thing mix up totally. When you will add the saffron milk it will again get sticky but keep stirring on a low flame and again it will combine together and leave the sides of the pan. By adding milk the peda becomes more soft so don't skinp it.

Now add the green cardamom Powder and mix very well. When everything is well combined then off the flame and cool it down a bit. Then tske a small portion of the mixture and tighten it by your fingers then roll it tightly between your palms when it becomes smooth then flatten it. Make sure you roll tightly otherwise the sides will crack.

You can use it as it is or you can make any design or pattern on it. I have a flower shape Cookie cutter I am using it to make a design. You can do it by knife also it with anything to make a design or simply use as it is.

Like so make all the pedas and store it in an airtight container for 2-3 days on room temperature or for a week or so in the refrigerator.
