Ingredients

20 minutes
6 servings
  1. 1 cupYogurt (Chilled)
  2. 1 tspSugar
  3. 1/2 tspGinger Juice
  4. 30-40Golgappa Puri
  5. 1/2 cupBoiled potatoes (Mashed)
  6. 1/2 cupBoiled black gram / Kala chana
  7. 1/4 cupBoiled whole moong
  8. 1/2 tspSalt
  9. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  10. 1/4 tspRoasted cumin powder
  11. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/4 cupmint and coriander chutney
  13. 1/4 cupSweet tamarind chutney
  14. 1/4 cupnylon sev
  15. 2 tbspFresh coriander (Chopped)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Pass the yogurt through a mesh strainer.
    Add sugar and ginger juice and mix well until sugar dissolves.

  2. 2

    Mix salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder in a bowl and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Arrange the golgappe on a plate.
    Make a small hole in each golgappa with your finger.

  4. 4

    Fill small amount of boiled potato, black gram and moong in each gol gappa.
    Pour yogurt from top.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle little masala mixture that we made earlier over yogurt.

  6. 6

    Drizzle mint and coriander chutney and tamarind chutney on top.

  7. 7

    Now sprinkle some more masala mixture.
    Finally sprinkle nylon sev and coriander.
