Cut the paneer into small cubes.

Chop the bell peppers and onions.

Heat the mustard oil in a wok (kadai). Once hot, fry the bell peppers and onions over medium heat, then remove them from the pan.

Chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, and green chilies.

In a bowl, mix the paneer cubes with salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.

Heat the leftover oil in the wok. Once hot, fry the onions and green chilies. When they are fried, add the garlic and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft, then turn off the heat.

Blend this mixture into a paste using a blender, then transfer to a bowl.

Add a little oil to the wok, add the paneer cubes, and fry them. Once fried, remove them from the pan.

Heat oil in the wok again. Once hot, add the prepared paste. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric. Fry for a few minutes.

When the masala is cooked, add the fried paneer cubes and cook together.

Add the fried bell peppers and onions to the wok and mix well.

Add garam masala, paneer masala, and yogurt. Mix everything together and cook on low heat.

Add a little water as needed to adjust the gravy consistency. Cook on low heat until the oil separates on top. Once the oil rises, add chopped cilantro and stir.

Your Kadai Paneer is ready. Serve it hot with roti, rice, or naan. It tastes delicious!
