Easy Microwaved Broccoli with Mayonnaise and Ponzu

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

My mother has several fuss-free recipes. This recipe is one of her easiest, but it has a great flavor. I remember being surprised that the idea to cook broccoli in the microwave is so much like my mother.

The stems of the broccoli can be eaten if sliced thinly. You can use a microwave-safe container instead of the plastic bag if you like. It is easier to mix it up in a container. Recipe by YunoChamio

  2. 2

Cut the broccoli and wiener sausages into bite-sized pieces and put them in a plastic bag. It does not matter whether or not you close the bag.

  3. 3

Microwave the bag at 600 W for about 2 minutes! If you close the plastic bag, it will puff up, so be careful not to burst it! The moisture should be released from the ingredients and steam them.
