Method to prepare strawberry crush:
Wash the strawberries, cut the green head part and chop it roughly. - 2
In a pestle mash the chopped strawberries. (If you want a smooth crush, you can blend it in a blender.)

On a preheated pan, add sugar, water, lemon juice and let the sugar melt on a low flame.

Now add mashed strawberries and let the mixture cook until the strawberries are mushy.

Cook it for 7 - 8 minutes until all the moisture evaporates.

When it's done, put off the flame and let it cool down.

Method to prepare strawberry mousse:
Take a big bowl, add heavy cream, and beat it with the help of an electric beater or a hand beater for about 2 - 3 minutes or until the cream turns foamy. - 8
Add cream cheese and blend it again for another 1 -2 minutes.

Now add strawberry crush and mix it nicely folding them from all sides.

Once you are done with the folding, take a glass and put 2 - 3 slices of strawberry in the base.

Now fill the glass with the prepared mousse and garnish with strawberry and mint leaves.

Strawberry mousse is ready to relish. You can also chill it in the refrigerator and enjoy it too.
