Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgitheri
  2. 1med onion
  3. 1big tomato
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Cumin (optional)
  6. Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In chapati pan, heat some oil and add the onions. When soft, add tomatoes pepper,Salk and other spice of your choice. Cover

  2. 2

    When tomato is cooked, add the githeri. Reduce heat and fry till it dries up to your liking.

  3. 3

    Enjoy it with your Kenyan brewed tea
