Steps

Mix all the ingredients of batter in a bowl.add water & make a thick batter.

Peel the potatoes mash it & add all the spices & mix.

Now heat the oil. Take 2 slices if bread. apply chutney on one slice & spread stuffing on the other. cover it & cut it into two parts.

Dip into the batter & immediately drop into the hot oil.

Fry it on low to a medium flame flip & fry nicely.

Remove it on a paper napkin... serve with ketchup & chutney.
